About CCC and the camp
Centennial Children’s Chorus is dedicated to offering quality music education through choral performance. During the past 29 years, CCC has provided musical experiences for young singers in northern Colorado. CCC focuses on vocal training and choral skills and offers students the opportunity to perform a wide variety of quality choral music.
The camp will be held Monday – Saturday, 9:00 A.M. – noon on June 4 – 9, 2012. It is geared toward elementary students who love to sing and will be entering 3rd through 7th grade in the fall of 2012.
The Schedule:
Monday, June 4 thru Friday, June 8, 9:00 A.M. – 12:00 noon Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church, 2000 S. Lemay
Saturday, June 9, 9:00 A.M – 12:00 noon Griffin Hall, University Center for the Arts CSU, 1400 Remington
Festival Concert, Saturday, June 9th, 11:00 A.M. Griffin Hall, University Center for the Arts
Festival Requirements
Singers need to be able to match pitch, sing in soprano or alto range with an unchanged voice and have a good attitude.
Transportation to and from the festival is the responsibility of parents or guardians.
Acceptance will be based on teacher recommendation and/or CCC staff screening.
Tuition and Financial Aid
The tuition fee is due with your registration.
- Prior to May 1st – $75*
- After May 1st – $85*
* Please note there is a $2.00 registration fee when registering online.
Festival tuition includes a non-refundable registration fee of $25.
A limited number of need-based scholarships are available.
Tuition includes a Choral Festival T-shirt.
Auditions for 2012-2013
Participants who are interested in auditioning to be a member of a CCC choir will have the opportunity to audition during the Festival week. Auditions for singers who are unable to attend the Choral Festival but are interested in joining Centennial Children’s Chorus will be held in May. Please call 460-6589 to set up an audition appointment.
